I love this season!!!!
So, hockey is back for another season, which is definitely something very prevalent in my life at the moment (too much so?? ... Nah!), as I have been playing and watching it with regularity. I like the fact that they're cracking down on obstruction/hooking in the NHL, and, as opposed to last time, it seems to actually be sticking. Hopefully by the end of the season they'll will be less penalties, but not due to the fact that hooks and obstruction aren't being called. I've enjoyed every game I've watched so far this year, including the 2 OHL (London Knights) games, although I have seen some very sloppy goaltending ... and I'm definitely looking forward to the Leafs game I'm going to this Saturday!!! :D
In other news, I have a ski pass for Blue Mountain this year, which I hope I will have a lot of opportunity to use.
In more other news, I have started teaching music lessons. I quite like the school and the children. And I finally got around to reading The Princess Bride, and I'm ever so glad that I did.

By and by, this post was actually posted during the week of October 23rd ... so the Leafs game I went to was the travesty of a game on October 29th.
Okay, maybe not a travesty, but a piece of crap.
My only regular season leaf game I've been to was a loss to Carolina back when they had no talent at all... And the Wonderdog Kevyn Adams got injured... nothing good came of that evening... they didn't even let us drink beer in standing room seats.
That (Adams getting injured), to me, would've been a good thing to me. As long as it wasn't serious. I never really liked him. Kind of like me not minding Lindros getting injured in this season.
